I started riding at the age of 5 in Cheltenham. I became really hooked on horses and developed a real passion. I started to help out at weekends at Summerhouse Riding School with all stable duties and in lessons. I studied for my NVQ level 2 and passed aged 16. I moved to Huntley school of Equitaton where I gained my BHS Intermediate exam.

I moved to Bristol where I became a freelance instructor and groom. Teaching a lot of pony clubs and riding clubs. I event groomed up to 3* level which I really enjoyed.

in 2005 I came 2nd at the young instructor of the year.

I joined AM dressage in 2009, I am now Matt's show groom. I look after some amazing horses and love it more than ever!!

In the future I would like to train my horse Marge to the highest level I can, and to achieve my BHSI.
